Annual Prairie Hospice Golf Classic Registration

This form is your first step to reserving your spot at the 10th Annual Prairie Hospice Golf Classic. Please fill in your information below — we’ll take care of the rest.

Registration is $250 per golfer or $180 for Saskatoon Golf and Country Club members. Your registration includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, lunch, banquet and a short program.

  • Registering individually? Simply enter your contact information.
  • Joining an existing team? Enter your information and note the team name in the Comments field.
  • Registering a team of four? Select the team option from the drop-down. You don’t need all four names right away — we just need enough to hold your spots.

Once submitted, you’ll have the option to Pay Now by credit card or Pay Later. You’re welcome to pay for yourself or on behalf of your team.
