Residing in Saskatoon since 2000, Burton O’Soup (Saulteaux/Blackfoot) from The Key First Nation, is the Academic Advisor – Saskatoon Campus for the First Nations University of Canada. His experience includes: Young Offenders (North Battleford/Regina)/Justice (RPC – Saskatoon), Mental Health (Yorkton Tribal Council), Career Coaching (SIIT) and Education (FNUniv). Burton is passionate of family and raising awareness by advocating and promoting First Nation history, education and contributions. He has also volunteered extensively towards First Nations sport and recreation. As a recent addition to the Board of Prairie Hospice Society, it is both, a pleasure and honour to serve.
